Quest Summary:
After travelling through several emptied tiny hamlets, the party decided to find out where everybody had gone. They followed the tracks of roughly a hundred people, total, to a large, domed scab, a building formed out of blood to house an extraplanar space, where a gnoll cleric of Yeenoghu was performing a sacrifice. Interrupting the ceremony by bashing in the scab of a door, the party did battle with the cleric and his minions, saving the prisoners from a terrible fate.
